Membership Refunds

Should you request a refund from hiddencamsavage.com, we ask that you do so using our Contact page. Please include your date of purchase, (and approximate time), order number and the item(s) purchased you are dissatisfied with. Please also note the reason for dissatisfaction, (i.e. an error with the download or files).

Monthly memberships:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.
  • Renewals: 3 day and Monthly memberships renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Annual memberships:

  • Cancellation: Annual memberships can be canceled at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests made after this period will be prorated based on the number of months used.
  • Renewals: Annual memberships renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel your membership at least 7 days before your renewal date.

Product Refunds

Eligibility for returns:

  • All tangible goods (shippable items) purchased through HiddenCamSavage.com are manufactured and processed from other companies. Return information will be available upon purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, returns or exchanges on used items will not be accepted.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Return process:

  • Contact appropriate vendor via Email with your order number and reason for return.
  • Approval: Once your return is approved, they will provide you with a return address.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Once your item is received, your product will be inspected and you will be notified of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the receiving vendor will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges
